Dr. Bob Townsend has served the medical marijuana community since Jan of 2010, providing professional, defensible certifications and renewals for those wishing to use cannabis to ease their symptoms. Dr. Bob is a recognized expert in the field and has been called upon by attorneys, city government, and even the Michigan House of Representatives for assistance on the subject. He is active on several cannabis related websites/forums (see the community section on the main page for links), and is active with several state wide organizations such as Cannabis Patients United and the Michigan Medical Marijuana Association.

What is Needed for an Evaluation
Those patients renewing with us, who have medical records on file, may be seen in person or via telemedicine at one of our fixed office locations. You will need, if available, an additional medical record from your doctors showing your condition is ongoing and under treatment. We can run MAPS reports to document ongoing care, but there will be a charge for those.
